Question 1

What tracking networks does the item finder work with?

Simply pair it with your smartphone through the appropriate app to start tracking.

Question 2

Is the item finder waterproof?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the device carries an IP65 waterproof rating, giving it protection against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets. This makes it suitable for everyday use where it may be exposed to rain or splashes. The included PU case also helps protect the device from general wear and tear.

What is the case made from?

Accepted Answer

The item finder comes with a PU case, which offers a smart, durable covering for the device and a surface suitable for branding. PU is a popular choice for promotional items thanks to its resilient, easy-to-clean finish.
